    I like how he only sells the weapons I want only after I get them though 3oC, Nightfalls,etc… xur hates me.

    Uh, Telesto costs 17 Strange Coins. Just sayin’.
    It says it costs 23, and I wasted all my heavy ammo synths ranking up my faction in order to get the four that I supposedly needed…
